Shipping Terms
After the order confirmation, we will send you the ordered items to the delivery address you specified in the form of a package. Unless otherwise noted, the usual delivery time for standard shipping is 2-5 working days, for priority shipping 1-2 working days. For orders abroad, the delivery time can be up to 20 days.
2.1. Shipping costs Switzerland
For our delivery within the whole of Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein, you pay a shipping fee of CHF 6.90 (economy). There are no shipping costs for an order with a goods value of more than CHF 60.00. For the additional option "express delivery" you will be charged a flat rate of CHF 8.70, regardless of the value of the goods.

2.3. Furniture transport
Bulky items such as furniture are delivered by a forwarding agent, for which you pay a delivery fee of CHF 79.00 (up to 199.9 kg) or CHF 99.00 (from 200 kg). The delivery of the articles, which are carried out by a forwarding agent, must take place within 14 days after the first contact to agree on the delivery date. Otherwise a storage fee of CHF 15.00 per week will be charged. (Only within Switzerland)
3. Customs & Import Fees
Deliveries outside of Switzerland are made without 7.7% VAT. Our shop system shows the net amount when you place your order. The customary VAT will be charged to you during customs clearance. Customs duties may apply to orders outside of Switzerland, which are at the expense of the buyer.
