Who we are
Beluga Kids is a modern online concept store for sustainable, non-toxic children's items – a passion project of UNIQ Marketing & Retail GmbH, based in Egg near Zurich. With a curated assortment and seasonal collections, we aim to not only inspire, but also impress with quality and transparency.

Your tasks
You will support management with administrative processes related to purchasing, product maintenance, and incoming goods. The content and processes will be defined together at the beginning; as you gain experience, you will take on tasks independently.

  • Creation and maintenance of new products in the merchandise management system
  • Recording of delivery notifications and internal orders (POs)
  • Control & allocation of incoming goods, delivery notes and invoices
  • Digital filing & structuring
  • Supporting the owner with administrative issues
  • If required: support in the warehouse (e.g. for new arrivals or shipping peaks)


What you bring:

  • Independent, structured working style with an eye for detail
  • Experience in administrative areas, purchasing or e-commerce is an advantage
  • Confident use of digital tools
  • Reliability & love of organization
  • Flexibility – you are available when new collection rushes arrive
