Returns & Exchanges

All items can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the goods by sending them back with a description of the reason for the return. Clearance goods are excluded from the right of return. The return of the goods is at your own risk and expense.

Here's how it works:
1. Pack undamaged items in their original packaging well
2. Attach the address label
3. Take to the nearest post office

Please note:
Only items that are completely undamaged and in perfect, unworn condition will be accepted for return. The items must be returned in the original, unlabeled and undamaged packaging. In particular, worn, soiled, damaged or bad-smelling products cannot be returned. No right of return for Second Season and Give-A-Chance items!

We cover part of the return costs for you – only 4.90 CHF will be deducted for the return label.
Please note that if the order value falls below 120 CHF after the return, the regular shipping fee of 7.90 CHF will be applied.

Refund:
Refundable items will be refunded to you within 7 days of their arrival at our warehouse using the payment method you used.
