Shipping regulations
1. Our delivery conditions
After the order has been confirmed, we will send the items you have ordered to the delivery address you have specified. Unless otherwise stated, the following delivery times apply:
- Standard shipping: 2-4 working days
- Priority shipping: 1-2 working days
The delivery times stated are non-binding guidelines. Longer delivery times may occur, particularly for international shipments or unforeseeable delays (e.g. customs clearance, transport strikes, etc.).
2. Scope
We deliver worldwide. Different shipping and customs regulations apply for deliveries abroad (see point 4).
3. Shipping costs
3.1. Shipping costs Switzerland
- Economy: Within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein, the shipping costs are a flat rate of CHF 7.90.
- Free shipping: For orders over CHF 120.00, the shipping costs are waived.
- Express shipping: Regardless of the value of the goods, a flat rate of CHF 9.80 is charged for the additional express shipping option.
3.2. International shipping costs
International shipments are calculated based on the actual order weight. Shipping is via Swiss Post or FedEx. The average delivery time is 2-5 working days; however, delays of up to 20 days are possible.
Additional costs, such as customs duties or other import fees, are borne by the recipient. Our shop system displays the net amount; you will be charged the standard VAT when clearing customs.
4. Furniture transport
For bulky items (e.g. furniture), delivery is carried out by a freight forwarder:
- Up to 199.9kg: delivery cost share of CHF 79.00
- From 200kg: delivery cost share of CHF 99.00
Please note:
After the first contact to arrange an appointment, delivery must take place within 14 days. If no appointment is made, we reserve the right to charge a storage fee of CHF 15.00 per week from the 15th day.
5. Customs & import fees (for international deliveries)
For deliveries outside Switzerland, prices are shown as net amounts (excluding 8.1% VAT). The applicable VAT will be charged at customs clearance. Any customs duties and other import fees incurred in the destination country are to be borne by the buyer. Please inform yourself in advance about the applicable regulations in the recipient country.
6. The kickbag
If possible due to the product, we will deliver the reusable kickbag together with your order.
- Return shipping: Beluga Kids will return the kickbag free of charge.
- Non-return shipping: If the kickbag is not returned despite a reminder, we will charge CHF 5.00 per kickbag as replacement costs.
