Shipping regulations

1. Our Delivery Conditions
After receipt of the order confirmation, the ordered items will be shipped to the delivery address provided by you. Unless otherwise stated, the following delivery times apply:

Standard shipping: 2–4 working days
Priority shipping: 1–2 working days

The stated delivery times are non-binding estimates. In particular, for international shipments or unforeseen delays (e.g. customs clearance, transport strikes, etc.), longer delivery times may occur.

2. Scope
We ship worldwide. For deliveries abroad, different shipping and customs regulations apply (see sections 4 and 5).

3. Shipping Costs

3.1. Shipping Costs Switzerland & Liechtenstein

Standard shipping: Within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein, a flat shipping fee of CHF 7.90 applies.
Free shipping: For orders over CHF 120.00, shipping is free of charge.
Priority shipping: Regardless of the order value, a flat fee of CHF 9.80 applies for the priority shipping option.
Priority shipping with Saturday delivery: Regardless of the order value, a flat fee of CHF 14.80 applies.

3.2. International Shipping Costs
International shipments are calculated based on the actual order weight. Shipping is carried out via Swiss Post or FedEx. Delivery time is on average 5–8 working days; in individual cases, delays of up to 15 working days may occur.

4. Orders to the EU (IOSS)
For orders to the European Union (EU), VAT is already included in the product price under the IOSS scheme (Import One-Stop Shop) and is not charged additionally at checkout.

In most cases, no additional import duties or VAT will be charged upon delivery.

However, in individual cases, additional fees may be charged by the delivery service provider (e.g. handling or service fees). These are typically in the low single-digit range (approx. EUR 3–9) and must be borne by the recipient. Beluga Kids has no influence over such fees and assumes no liability for them.

5. Customs & Import Duties (other countries)
For deliveries outside the EU where the IOSS scheme is not applied, import duties, VAT, and additional fees may be charged. These costs are borne by the buyer.

6. Furniture Shipping
Up to 199.9 kg: CHF 79.00
From 200 kg: CHF 99.00

Delivery is carried out by a freight forwarder. After the first contact for scheduling, delivery must take place within 14 days. If no appointment is arranged, we reserve the right to charge a storage fee of CHF 15.00 per week from the 15th day onward.
