1. Scope
Beluga Kids is a company of the advertising loggia Masullo based in Egg b. Zurich (hereinafter Beluga Kids) and includes an online trade in children's items with a sense of design, quality and sustainability. These general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed on the website https://belugakids.ch in the version current at the time of the order.
2. Order and conclusion of contract
You place an online order in the shop. The order is binding if you have agreed to the terms and conditions and pressed the BUY button. This creates a legally valid contract of sale. After receipt of your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us by e-mail.
3. Our terms of delivery and sale
After the order confirmation, we will send you the ordered items to the delivery address you specified in the form of a package. Unless otherwise noted under "Delivery time", the usual delivery time for standard shipping is 2-4 working days, for express shipping 1-2 days (if ordered by 12 p.m.). Beluga Kids expressly reserves the right to supply bottlenecks on the part of the supplier If delivery of the goods fails despite repeated delivery attempts, Beluga Kids can withdraw from the contract.
For orders from abroad, the delivery time can be extended by up to 14 working days.

4. Offer
Our online offer is subject to change and non-binding. As a rule, the items offered in the online shop are available. If it is not possible to deliver one or more items due to a stock discrepancy, Beluga Kids will inform you of this circumstance as soon as possible and will ask you for equivalent items. If none of these items appeal to you, the amount will be refunded.
5. Prices
Our sales prices are ex warehouse and are stated in Swiss francs including the statutory value added tax and excluding shipping costs and any customs duties.
6. Your Purchasing Account
For orders in our online shop, you can use the payment options specified there. When you make your first purchase, we will open a shopping account for you - assuming a positive credit check - through which all purchases, payments and credits will be processed on an ongoing basis.
7. Delivery and Shipping
7.1. scope
We deliver throughout Europe.
7.2. Shipping
For our delivery within the whole of Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein, you pay a shipping fee of CHF 6.90 (economy). There are no shipping costs for an order with a goods value of more than CHF 60.00. For the additional option "express delivery" you will be charged a flat rate of CHF 9.70, regardless of the value of the goods.
For deliveries within Europe we charge a shipping fee of CHF 19.90.
7.3. Furniture transport
Bulky items such as furniture are delivered by a forwarding agent, for which you pay a delivery fee of CHF 75.00 (up to 199.9 kg) or CHF 99.00 (up to 200 kg). The delivery of the articles, which are carried out by a forwarding agent, must take place within 14 days after the first contact to agree on the delivery date. Otherwise a storage fee of CHF 15.00 per week will be charged.
8. Customs & Import Fees
Deliveries outside of Switzerland are made without 7.7% VAT. Our shop system shows the net amount when you place your order. The standard VAT will be charged to you at customs clearance. Customs duties may apply, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
9. Payment Options
For orders within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein, you can use the payment methods credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Twint or prepayment.
9.1 Prepayment
In the case of an order with advance payment, the invoice will be sent to you by e-mail. The invoice is due within 10 days of receipt of the order. You can conveniently pay the bill within this period without cash by post or bank transfer. Orders from abroad can only be paid via credit card or PayPal.
9.2 E-Payment
You can also pay for your order by credit card (VISA, Mastercard, AmericanExpress), PayPal, ApplePay or Twint via the secure PAYREXX Switzerland payment system. Any fees charged by the card institutes will be charged to you.
9.3. late payment
In the event of a delay in payment, we are entitled to charge you default interest of 10% per year plus a fee of CHF 20.00 from the 2nd reminder. Reminders and invoices are sent by email. In the event of a delay in payment, Beluga Kids is also entitled to assign the claim and the consequences of costs for the debtor to third parties. The assertion of further damages remains reserved.
10. Voucher
Gift vouchers are vouchers that you can purchase. You can pay for your order with a Beluga Kids voucher. To do this, enter the code on the voucher in the corresponding field of the order. A gift voucher can only be redeemed before completing the order process and for the full amount.
The amount of the voucher is specified. The vouchers are issued exclusively in CHF and are freely transferable. A cash payment is excluded.
11. Promotional Coupons
Promotional vouchers are vouchers that cannot be purchased, but that we issue as part of advertising campaigns. Promotional vouchers can only be redeemed under the conditions mentioned therein, by the respective recipient, in the specified period and only once per person. Individual products may be excluded from voucher campaigns. Promotional vouchers cannot be accumulated.
Promotional vouchers can be redeemed if the value of the goods is at least equal to the amount of the promotional voucher. A difference to a higher value of goods is to be compensated with the offered payment options. Promotional vouchers are neither paid out in cash nor bear interest.
Promotional vouchers cannot be refunded if the ordered products are returned in whole or in part. Promotional vouchers can only be redeemed before completing the ordering process. Subsequent crediting is not possible. The promotional voucher is not transferable and may not be combined with other promotional vouchers. If you used a promotional voucher for your purchase, we reserve the right to charge you the original price of the goods you keep if - due to your revocation - the total value of the order falls below the value of the promotional voucher.
12. Retention of Title
The ordered goods remain the property of Beluga Kids until full payment has been made.
13. Right of Withdrawal/Right of Return
You can revoke the contract within 14 days after receipt of the goods with a description of the reason for the return by returning the goods. The return of the goods is at your own risk and expense. For returns outside the defined period, a causal liability of 15% of the item value will be deducted.
Only items that are absolutely undamaged and in perfect, unworn condition will be accepted. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unsealed and undamaged. In particular, worn, soiled, damaged or bad-smelling products cannot be returned. If this is not the case, we reserve the right to assert claims for compensation. Furniture and hygiene items are excluded from the right of return.

You can deduct the amount of a returned item from the total amount. If the total amount has already been transferred to Beluga Kids, you can choose between a voucher or a cash refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
14. Delivery Defects
We ask you to check the delivered items immediately for correctness, completeness and integrity. Complaints about the scope of delivery, material defects, incorrect deliveries and quantity discrepancies must be sent to us in writing by letter within 5 working days of receipt of the goods. The defect will be checked immediately by Beluga Kids. If the defect is accepted by Beluga Kids, you will receive an identical replacement item if it is in stock, and the shipping costs will be reimbursed. Otherwise the entire amount will be refunded to you.
15. Warranties
The warranties for the items purchased from Beluga Kids are limited to the assurances of the respective manufacturer. In the event of improper handling or personal intervention, any entitlement expires.
16. Privacy
The protection of your personal data is very important to us. We observe the applicable data protection regulations and secure your data against unauthorized access by third parties (data security precautions).
Our online shop is encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer), which means that all of the data on the offer as well as your payment and customer data are securely transmitted to us.
Beluga Kids is entitled to use your personal data to send you special offers or information about new collections. You can revoke your consent to the use of your personal data for advertising purposes at any time by sending an e-mail to.
We secure our website and other systems through technical and organizational measures against loss, destruction, access, modification or distribution of your data by unauthorized persons. Access to your shopping account is only possible after entering your personal password.
This website contains a Facebook / Instagram & Pinterest button. By activating the button you get in direct contact with the respective social network. Facebook, Instagram or Pinterest use their users' personal data in a manner that may not comply with data protection regulations, since insufficient information is provided about the use of the data. Beluga Kids c/o Werbeloggia Masullo is not liable for damage that you incur as a result of misuse of your personal data by Facebook.
