Beluga Kids offers a selection of rental and purchase products for children and babies. The service includes a monthly fee for rental and the option to purchase products.

3. Contracting party
A rental or purchase agreement is concluded between Beluga Kids and the customer.

4. Conclusion of contract Offers in the online shop are an invitation to submit an offer by the customer. A contract is concluded when Beluga Kids accepts the customer offer and becomes binding by confirming the general terms and conditions at the checkout.

5. Registration Process
Registration is required for orders. The customer assures the accuracy of his information.

6. Rental conditions and rights
The rental period begins with the order. Termination is possible with one month's notice. Beluga Kids offers the option to purchase rented items.

7. Prices and Costs
The prices and costs are presented transparently on the website, which are per month for rental products.

8. Payment Terms
Payment options include major credit cards. An automatic extension of the rental period is planned.

9. Delivery
Delivery usually takes place within 4 working days exclusively within Switzerland.

10. Ownership
The goods remain the property of Beluga Kids until full payment has been made.

11. Goods situation
Beluga Kids rents and sells new and used items on request.

12. Quality Assurance and Defects
Items are checked before shipping. Defects must be reported within 48 hours.

13. Warranty and Use
The guarantee is void if the device is not used or cared for properly.

14. Return of rental items
Rented items can be returned within the rental period in the condition in which they were taken over. be returned, less normal wear and tear. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. The rental items must be returned at least two days before the rental subscription is renewed. (postmark applies)

15. Right of withdrawal

17. Applicable Law and Place of Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies to the contract. The place of jurisdiction is the headquarters of Beluga Kids.

18. Prohibited Use :
The rental items may not be used illegally or for purposes other than their intended purpose. In the event of a violation, the landlord has the right to terminate the contract without notice and to charge a causal penalty of 20% of the purchase value.

19. Special agreements
Changes and additions to this contract must be made in writing. If individual provisions of this contract are invalid or unenforceable, the effectiveness of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.

20. Acceptance protocol
The acceptance protocol regulates extraordinary wear and tear and is handed out for orientation.

For our deliveries throughout Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein, you pay a shipping fee of CHF 7.90 (economy). For orders with a goods value of over CHF 120.00, there are no shipping costs. For the additional "Express Shipping" option, you will be charged a flat rate of CHF 9.80, regardless of the goods value.

For deliveries abroad, we charge a shipping fee based on the order weight and the country of delivery. Any returns due to uncollected or rejected shipments are at the recipient's expense.
