Information regarding deliveries over the holidays

The holidays are approaching – and we are doing everything we can to ensure you receive your package in time.

Over Christmas and New Year, however, adjusted delivery times and opening hours apply. The following information applies to orders of items that are in stock. Although we and our delivery services are doing our best, occasional delays may occur due to the high volume of parcels.

Delivery by Christmas Eve (December 24, 2025)

Last order date for delivery before Christmas Eve:

• Standard: Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM on December 22, 2025.
• Priority: Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM on December 23, 2025.

(Note: Actual delivery time always depends on the shipping method and the volume of parcels. Swiss Post guarantees delivery by December 24, 2025.)

Collection in Egg near Zurich

Collection is possible on December 24, 2025 until 12:00 PM , provided the order is placed by 9:00 AM on December 24, 2025 .

Important: Please wait for the collection notification via email before you set off.

General information:

• No packages with the additional service "Saturday delivery" will be delivered on Saturday, December 27, 2025. Delivered by mail.
• Due to inventory, there will be no shipping on December 30th and 31st, 2025.
