For heating:

To warm up, please remove the cherry or grape seed pillow, as only this should be heated, not the entire cuddly toy. To do this, simply open the zipper at the bottom of the animal's belly. The pillow can then either be placed in the microwave for about ½-1 minute at a maximum of 600W or in the oven at 75 degrees for about 3-5 minutes. Make sure that it does not get too hot, otherwise there is a risk of burns on the skin or the risk of overheating in newborns. The cherry stone or grape seed pillow should also not be heated for too long or too strongly, otherwise the pillow could start to burn.

For our deliveries throughout Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein, you pay a shipping fee of CHF 7.90 (economy). For orders with a goods value of over CHF 120.00, there are no shipping costs. For the additional "Express Shipping" option, you will be charged a flat rate of CHF 9.80, regardless of the goods value.

For deliveries abroad, we charge a shipping fee based on the order weight and the country of delivery. Any returns due to uncollected or rejected shipments are at the recipient's expense.
